ABOUT
Chris is a psychotherapist and consultant with over 20 years’ experience working with addiction, trauma and burnout. He supports individuals, couples, groups and organisations, with special interest in leadership, interpersonal relationship issues, corporate-athlete and elite-athlete wellbeing.
He holds a Master of Counselling & Applied Psychotherapy and works from attachment and recovery frameworks, integrating specialised training in nature-based ecotherapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) andbreathwork. His approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in presence and connection.
Chris maintains a private practice in Sydney and has held senior clinical and advisory roles including Program Director at South Pacific Private and Education Director at Sporting Chance Clinic (UK). He currently consults to the National Rugby League, the Professional Footballers Australia and other organisations.
Drawing from lived experience, Nature and the power of story, Chris facilitates engaging and resonant workshops, conversations and keynote talks across elite-sport, business, and community settings.
Inspired by a transformative encounter with the Humpback Whales in Tonga - he is also the founder and clinical lead of The BlueDot.
